Swim Meet Entries

Submitting Entries
All entries for all meets local, out of region and national meets must be submitted to the club race secretary either manually or through the online entry system. The entries are then sent on to the club hosting the swimming meet as a team entry. competitions organisors will not accept entries unless it comes from the club.

Normally a meet flyer will have a date deadline for entries to be submitted, this is deadline the race secretary must submit the entries not individual swimmers.
All Entries must be submitted before the KIWI WEST AQUATICS cut off time, check the online calendar or fliers poolside.

Swimming meets are posted on the club notice board and the online calendar

Manual Swim Entries
There are entry envelopes under the shelf poolside by the notice board simply fill in the swimming events to swim and place it in the entry box with your entry fees inside. Wherever possible a list of swimmers attendin
g carnivals along with the names of the team managers will be posted on the notice board before the swim meet.

Online Entries.
Kiwi West uses an online entry facility through Direct Athletics. You will need an internet connection to access this facility. If this would suit you, email the Race Secretary for more information.

Entry Conformation
Kiwi West will post all meet entries online for members to check entries are correct. You will usually have a couple of days to change your entries if you wish.
